Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services. I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my surgical experience, the pain in abdomen and lower back is related to uterine involution after dilatation and curettage procedure, through ligaments stretching of lower abdomen which lasts around 2-3 days after the procedure.
* You are advised to - continue analgesic medications, - bed rest of 2-3 hours a day over and above casual sleep, - remaining ambulatory with plenty of liquids intake help to recover faster.
Wish you best recovery and health. Thank you. Regards.
