What Causes Lower Abdominal And Testicular Pain With Rectal Bleeding?
I am a 44 year old male. I do not drink or smoke. I have reoccurring pain in my abdomen, testicals with rectal bleeding. I have been to many doctors, and they tell me this is normal. I had a colonoscopy last year and it came back normal. I just need answers . Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, actually such symptoms needs several investigation to know the underlying cause with clinical examination, because it may intestinal pathology, it may be due to all visceral organ pathologies or inflammatory changes and last but not least it could be due to some functional elements and hope this information helps.
