What Causes Lower Abdominal And Testicular Pain?
i have pain in my right lower abdominal from 1 year ,and also pain in my back and testicles also.doctor told me for a ultrasound of abdominal and testicles ,but nothing found ,now i am worry about this pain ,and having a black stool also.My age is 22

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Upper GI Bleeding-which needs further investigations.
AS you already had normal USG/ and testicle,
With only black stools with right abdominal pain and back pain with testes pain,you mostly seem to have-Bleeding in the Upper GI-.
Many causes of this black stool-like Ca-Pancreas,Duodenal/Gastric Ulcer,
Association of Right testicle pain,could be only explained, by the irritation of the neurovascular testes bundle draining in the right iliac vein or Inferior Vena Cava,from inflammed( intestines/cancer colon) bowels around.
Its very difficult to assess your testical pain with back and right lower abdominal pain,with the limited facts submitted by you.
Hence Consult GI-Endoscopist who would do EGD(Esophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy) for second opinion.
As I don't have more clinical / physical findings, Second Opinion from GI specialist / Urologist-Specialist,who would investigate your case after proper investigations.
