What Causes Lower Abdominal Bloating After Taking Contraceptive Pills?

I took the after pill ..I got my period as normal when it was due within the same month ..I got spotting , brown discharge and bleeding for 5 days ..now am worried because at the bottom of my stomach is really bloated , and seems heavy and full .. I took a pregnancy test the same morning of my period (did not know my period was due) and it was negative ..should I be concerned about the bloating??

I do not think it to be a cause of worry. The bloating symptoms may be caused by after pill. However, these are transient side effects and they go by themselves.
