What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramping?
I ve been having mild stomach cramps in my lower abdomen and on my left side. I took a pregnancy test because I thought it could be that but it came back negative. I m not sure what the cramps are from. No trouble with my bowels or anything of that sort.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time it is the colicky symptoms but may be age and gender related (No information given ) it can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine as per needed hope this information helps.
