What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramps Along With Frequent Urination?

Yesterday I had lower abdominal cramps and today they got worse. I ve urinated about 15 times as well. Not until about four this afternoon did it feel like someone squeezing my bladder when I go. There s no smell or burning sensation at all but my urine now sinks to the bottom. I have also had extreme breast pain for the last month. What could this be besides a bladder infection? I m prone to UTIs and have never experienced this before...

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms simulate with that of urinary crystals being passed out. Another possibility is hormonal imbalance causing breast tenderness followed by premenstrual pain in the form of spasms. A detailed examination of urine USG of pelvis would differentiate it, which would help with specific management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
