What Causes Lower Abdominal Cramps, Sore Breast And Bloating?
I have 8 days till mensuration begins I have blocked sinuses. For two weeks have had few cramps in lower abdomen and my breasts have been very sore and throbbing with a heavy feeling. Two neg pregnancy test. Have been on pill but not for past 2 and a half weeks.

It is to early to have pregnancy test because it needs at least 5days of delayed period otherwise they are not valid.
Being off the pill for two weeks increases chances of getting pregnant.
Wait for 5 days after a period before doing a pregnancy home test.
