What Causes Lower Abdominal Discomfort Along With Nausea?
For 3-4 months I ve had a change in bowel movements. I have discomfort in my lower abdomen. I feel nauseous constantly. I find it hard to eat a healthy diet. Some days I just have toast and a bowl of soup. I find it hard to get anything done, just want to lay down and be miserable. What is wrong with me?

Since its been for 4 months, there is something alarming. An ultrasonography is required to diagnose the cause of pain. It can be as serious as cancer.
