What Causes Lower Abdominal Discomfort And Body Chills?
Morning,
Last night, after a more active day than normal in recent weeks, I woke myself shivering from cold despite being under the covers. After a few minutes, I warmed up but then became too hot however, if I removed the covers, I was immediately cold again. My partner said the room was warm. My temperature was 37.3C. This morning, I have very mild discomfort in my lower abdomen but otherwise feel normal. I am 11 weeks.

This is could be due to malaise and just do nothing but have a rest and wait for some time, chances of viral fever would be likely, if you are 11 weeks pregnancy then this is advisable to consult the gynecologist, (You have just stated 11 weeks and could guess this could mean pregnancy ) hope this information helps, have a nice day.
