i have been having lower abdomen discomfort and today i had dark brown/red/black particles in my urine. i had a physical a few weeks ago and they had me redo my urine sample because they thought they might have found an infection but i have not heard back. im worried and am wondering what this could be

Thank you for following up, but i need more details, especially gender,age is imortant, if you are male,you should also consult at urologist to rule out adenoma of prostate.Beside that you should get examined with urine test, ultrasound of kidney,cystography.
Causes of red particles:
-adenoma of prostate
-dismetabolic nephropaty
-pielo-,glomerulonephritis
-cystitis
