What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Spotting?

Hi I had a d& c & hysterscopy done on Aug 6, Ive been having lower abdominal pain & has been spotting ever since & my doctor told me I'm fine & it's because I have a fibroid. Before the procedure I didn't have any pain or spotting . Do you think something is wrong?
