What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Back Pain During Pregnancy?

i am 6 week 4 days pregnant. i had lower abdominal pain and back pain.doctor told me that is due to some infection and gave me clingen v3 tablets..after 3 days again i am experiencing that pain ..so again doctor gave me duphaston tablet..can you pleasw tell me why i am experiencing this pain and what is the use of this tablet

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Abdominal &^ back pain in early pregnancy to some extent ( dull ache ) is normal..
Excesive pain with vaginal discharge & itching/burning in urination can be due to infection/vaginitis.
Sever pain without signs of infection ( as above ) is due to hormonal deficiency. In such case supplementation of hormone progesteron helps relief of pain & maintenance of of pregnancy
Tablet Duphaston will help you by providing hormones for pregnancy & alleviate pain.
