Hello, I m having a steady lower abdominal pain discomfort, using the restroom to poop is causing pain and discomfort in the lower abdominal area... I keep having this discomfort as though I keep having to use the restroom, I am also having sporadic chills

I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen symptoms could be due to protozoa infection and in my opinion this need to be treated with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for 7 days and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
