What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Cramping While On Depo Shot?

I got my third depo shot last week. Always get them on time. In fact I get it within the first 5 days. Had sex the next day and again a couple days later. Now feelings lower abdominal pain, some mild cramping, and twinges. How likely is it that I m Pregnant?

it is not likely pregnancy. the pain may be due to other causes like urinary bladder infectionor problem of uterus. with investigation and examination they can be ascetained.
