Hello my partner is 7 weeks pregnant but had been complaining about lower abdominal pain and cramps for a few weeks now. Upon visiting the doctor on Tuesday (exactly 7 Weeks into the pregnancy) she had a normal scan and afterwards a vagina scan as the child seemed to be lying very low in her uterus. We were told that the child did not have heartbeat and were referred to the nearest hospital, were after a few more scans they also did not find a heartbeat but a 5cm thyroid in here womb. Is this a possible miscarriage or should we wait for another week and check again?
