What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Lightheadedness?

Hi there.



I am currently experiencing lower abdominal pain and am light headed too (dizzy). I have just come off my period so i know it is not that. I have been experiencing the lower abdominal pain for about 2 months now, and the light headedness started about a week ago. The lower abdominal pain usually only pains in the morning after i have been for a wee. But the last few days it is constant. I did have and operation in 2010 to get rid of stage 2 cervical cancer. i dont know if that could be it? just a side effect from the op? I have been to the gynecologist and i am clear for cancer. what do i do?

Thank for asking, I could say from the given history that the lower abdomen pain could be due to colic and it may be due to urinary tract infection, condition needs to be ruled out for stone condition although it is very less likely and it not being tested for that so better to get done the ultrasonography test.
As you have stated that it is not pain due to malignancy, and I could say that it may not be pain due to operation done, over all it seems to be pain due to functional condition, I would suggest to come out of the stress.
Advise :- Urine culture sensitivity test, plain x-ray abdomen, ultrasonography just to ruled out the underlying pathologies and infection else it does not seems to be pathological condition.
