Hello, There is very low chance of cancer. Your symptoms are suggestive of pelvic infection. Please undergo ultrasound scan abdomen and pelvis, to rule out uterine fibroid or mass in pelvic cavity. Also ask for urine analysis and microscopy to rule out urinary tract infection. Pelvic infection and fibroid are associated with low back ache. Once you are diagnosed, you can plan talk to your doctor about further course of action.
