What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?
I keep having horrible lower abdominal pain before bowel movement midline above pubic bone....so painful I almost throw up, get shaken, and cold sweat. I have also just had an iud removed due to a miscarrage on nov 14 th. could it be related. What could it be. Still have pain, no relief after BM.

I really appreciate your concern, acute lower abdomen pain could be due to infection, stone condition, inflammatory changes all of these needs differentiation like imaging studies, blood work up till then pain can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three time in day, gynecological disease needs to be ruled out too hope this information helps.
