What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Intercourse Followed By Dizziness And Sweating?

Hi, so during sexual intercourse my lower stomach usually hurts. About twenty minutes after sexual intercourse i get super dizzy, then i start sweating and turn white. I get super bad pain in my lower abdomin and often times i pass out from it. Ive been to the emergency room and they have absolutely no answers.

- stress or anxiety induced spasm of pelvic aperture
- pelvic inflammatory conditions
- low hemoglobin
- unknown place, partner for sex behavior
- others
