What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Intercourse?
hi my name is Christina and I m 24 years old I have a 4 year old son and a 2 year old daughter ever since I had them I ve had really bad pain near or were my ovaries are at and it also hurts when pushed on and even during sex also. what could this be and is there anything that can be done to make it go away???? Also I have one more question I ve also had discharge ever since I had my 2 kids and even be4 I had them and its a everyday thing and I have to wear a pad to keep it from getting on my panties and it does have a smell to it and it to the point I m very uncomfortable with it to were I don t even want to have sex with my husband really....
Cause may be vaginal dryness, yeast infections, having an STD, urinary tract infection, and friction from sex, uterine fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian cyst. 1. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days 2. Fluconazole 150 mg weekly per oral for 4 weeks – total 4 doses 3. Metronidazole 500 mg orally twice daily for seven days 4. Ibuprofen 600 mg per oral after meal if pain is intolerable 5. Apply K – Y lubricating jelly before sex 6. Investigation – USG abdomen & pelvis, R/E urine, vaginal smear examination including Gram’s stain Consult your gynecologist for further treatment & diagnosis. Thanks
