What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Urination?
Hello. I ve been having lower abdominal pain for three days now. It feels like menstrual pain but my period has not started. (Due next week.) The pain becomes worse when I feel the need to urinate and while urinating. I ve also noticed that I feel dehydrated and have doubled my water intake over the last two days. Thank you

Your symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection. I suggest using Ibuprofen for the pain. I also suggest doing a urinary test for further evaluation.
