What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain In A Patient With History Of Robotic Cystectomy?

I am and have had lower abdominal pain since Monday passed. I have taken gas ex, and I take stool softners to prevent constipation. I have had some surgeries in the past. I have had my bladder put back in 7 years ago with the Davinchi robot with no problems so far. I do not have burning during urinating. I can hear my intestines grumbling, but the pain seems to go directly up my vagina into my lower abdonom. My husband thinks I should be seen, I am hoping it is a bad case of gas. what do you think I should do?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

You have urine infection and you can take some antibiotic and plenty of liquids. Get a Urinalysis done and get back with results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
