What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain In Absence Of Periods?
Hello doctor, my mum age is 42 she was menstruating normally but since last one year she is expiriancing lower abdominal pain like period pain but is not menstruating for last one year. What medication should she follow,and what can be the cause....THANKS

It could be a menopausal sign also. If she wants her periods to be regular, she needs a gynecologist consultation. We need to take a pelvic scan and basic blood test.
