Hi,I am Dr. Radhakrishna (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Im 32 years. My last Periods date was 4 Jan.Now its 15 feb.I have too much pain in lower abdoman, back & in breast also. But No periods.Last year in Feb/March same situation was but not much pain at that time?I used pain killers last month for back pain and antibiotics for sore throat as awell.
The most probable cause of pain in a female patient of 32 years in lower abdomen with the history of missed period can be related to the Gynecological / obstetric problems such as : -Tubal pregnancy -Ovarian disease like twisted cyst, -Salpingitis -PID Pelvic Inflammatory Disease -Other causes can be enteritis, lymph node mass, appendicitis and so on.
I would suggest you the following: Get a consultation and a direct internal examination done by a Gynecologist. Get blood, urine and stool tests done. Ultrasonography can really help us a lot.
Once the diagnosis is made the treatment will be according to the cause.
