What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain On The Left Side?

I have a camp counselor with acute onset of left lower abdominal pain. Hasn t eaten today because he felt nauseated. Drinking water. Vitals are normal. Has been lying down for about 2 hours...pain comes and goes. Had dry heaves about 1 hr ago. Had a kidney stone 6 yrs ago....no back pain.

hi.. you have already kidney stone.
when stone moves in urinary pathway it rubs with the tissue wall an initiate pain.which is assiciated with acute pain , nausea , vomiting, loss of apetite etc..
so do urine r&m , x-ray standing abdomen and sonography.
it will confirm the diagnosis..

hi.. you have already kidney stone. when stone moves in urinary pathway it rubs with the tissue wall an initiate pain.which is assiciated with acute pain , nausea , vomiting, loss of apetite etc.. so do urine r&m , x-ray standing abdomen and sonography. it will confirm the diagnosis..
