What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Post A Non-penetrative Intercourse?

I and my partner spent a night together and we don t had sex just cuddling and touching each other s private parts and touching my penis on her vagina over the underwear only but from next morning she is suffering from lower abdominal pain. we don t know why she is suffering from this. and can she have ipill although we dont have sex but just to remove any possibility because she read somewhere that if my hand have sperm on it and if I touched her private part with that hand then she might get pregnant.

Hello,

Chances of pregnancy with the episode that you explained are very slim. Also, the abdominal pain she had the next day is unlikely to be related to pregnancy. There are several causes of lower abdominal pain ranging from cystitis (a urinary infection) or other genitourinary problems to constipation or muscular strain.

I would recommend her to take Ibuprofen and paracetamol, drink plenty of fluids and rest as possible. She can also use Movicol sachets 1-2 a day if her bowel movement is difficult.

If she develops other symptoms or she is not better in 2-3 days or is any worse she will need to see her doctor.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

I wish you good health.

Regards,
