What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Post Birth Control Pill Withdrawal?

I just recently stopped taking my birth control pills and have been experiencing soreness in my lower abdomen. Not to mention I haven t had a period since the cessation of my pills. Should I be concerned because it s been almost 3 months since my last pill?

If you had an active sexual life after cessation of pill and no periods since, then kindly perform a pregnancy test or consult a gynecologist.
