What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Post Laparoscopic Surgery?

Hi there. I have been experiencing lower abdominal plains over the last year. I have had tests and have all come back clear. I have just recently had a laparoscopy. And still come back with nothing. Since surgery I have still been experiencing these pains. Should I be concerned about this? Thank you for your time
