What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating Down The Thigh?

I am a 46 year old female. For several weeks I told Aiken pain that goes from my right lower abdomen down my thigh. Today I have also started experiencing a loss of appetite and very nauseous. Additionally, I am extremely thirsty but can t get satisfied. I feel feverish but don t have a working thermometer. :-/ Any ideas what could possibly be going on? Thank you.

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that any ureteric stone or UTIs can cause lower abdomen radiating pain. Fever is definitely pointing towards infection so it’s recommended for you to consult a physician personally for proper physical and diagnostic evaluation and treatment.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
