What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating Into Vagina?

I have severe lower stomach pain going into my vagina area. The pain was so bad at one point it felt like something was going to come out of me. I could barely even walk. Now the pain has let up, but with certain movements, or coughing I can still feel the pain in that area. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom of pain in genital area could be due to infection vaginitis need to be ruled out second this could be prolapse of uterus, condition can be managed with analgesic till it is being diagnosed "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg can be tried for pain, ultrasonography may required, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
