What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While On Depo Shot?
I m 12 dpo. I ve had sharp pains, dull twinges and pulls on the lower right side of abdomen and heartburn. Today I went to go pee and two balls of white discharge came out into the toilet. Is this signs of early pregnancy? Ive also had 1 neg pregnancy test.

It is not related to depo shot. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
