What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Hemorrhoids?
I am 53 years Male. I have been managing the piles for the last twenty years. I have no pain till recently. But after a long drive of more than 6 hours, I have pain in the bowel area. No bleeding. I think it is 3rd degree piles. Sir, do you have remedy for pain ? Is banding advisable ? What is the best treatment ? My height is 176 CM. Weight is 72 Kg.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hemorrhoid then it need to be managed with surgically but conservative treatment can be given for some time but it may not cure the disease, like "Procresuline ointment" sitz bath fiber diet hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
