What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

i started to have pain in my lower abdomen today. It feels like what I used to have when I experienced endometriosis and cysts and such before getting a full hysterectomy about 14 years ago. I am 51 years old and ibuprofen and menstrual cramp meds are not really helping. Neither is heat packs. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the lower abdomen pain then it may not be the uterine related pain unless it is being tested and confirmed till then it may be due to urinary tract related and it could be infection, cystitis, it may be stone condition and better to get done the x-ray of lower abdomen and urine test, till then try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day hope this information helps.
