Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
Hope this will help you
If you have got line on pregnancy strip test and no periods since then, you are pregnant. But you need to get a scan.Lower back pain and abdominal discomforts are routine in few pregnant women.I would suggest you to see a gynecologist.she will prescribe you few multivitamin or supplements that will help you and baby. Also get your CBC done for HB estimation.
Take care and eat healthy
