What Causes Lower Back And Hip Pain While On Zanaflex And Flexeril?

I was given zanaflex 2 mg 1-2 tablet every 8 hours about 3 weeks ago was taking flexeril 10mg 4 times a day since Thursday I have been hurting in my lower back and hip to the point of me not being able to walk could the change of meds have caused this pain

Both of these are muscle relaxants so it is not likely either of them is the cause of your pain or the switch from one to the other would have caused the pain.

Adding a pain medication to the muscle relaxant would help. This can be from the anti inflammatory pain medication family eg naproxen, ibuprofen, cataflam, celebrex
If these are not effective then other medications may be needed.

Imaging may be needed.
