What Causes Lower Back And Pelvic Pain Along With Diarrhea?

I m experiencing lower back and pelvic pain. Loose watery stools and I have had a partial hysterectomy 2 years ago. I am also on my last day of the cleanse phase on the Advocare 24 day challenge. My stool yesterday and the day before was like mucus but still very loose. Today was like water.

Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, the backache you mentioned is because of loose stools.

You should get your stool examination and culture done and get some electrolytes examination along with serum calcium levels done as well.

Take a break from AdvoCare challenge as well if possible as you might need rest because of diarrhea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
