What Causes Lower Back And Pelvic Pain Post Cholecystectomy?

I am suffering pretty bad lower back pain and pelvis pain, I recently had my gallbladder removed and the symptoms as above have got worse. I feel tired all the time and light headed, I have blacked out a few times but that was before the surgery not since just feel like i will a lot. I have a pulsating feeling in between my ribs and just below that the doctors have told me is due to oesophagitis as the biliary colic from the gallbladder had burnt the lining of my oesophagus. Please can you tell me what is causing my lower back and pelvis pain and the blackouts?
