What Causes Lower Back Cramps And Tenderness In The Breast?
Hi doc my 1st day of cycle was 13 jan.me and my partner had unprotected sex on 23rd jan ,on 24th I took ipill,then again on 27th jan we had unprotected sex and had ipill within 12 hours .today it s 4th feb and from last day m feeling cramps in my Lower back tenderness in Brest and today spotted with light brown blood .is it implantation m I pregnant.

You had taken the emergency pill after unprotected intercourse. But it cannot be 100% guaranteed about effectiveness of emergency pill. So you should rule out pregnancy by urine HCG card test.
It's advisable to investigate with the card after one week of the delayed period to avoid false result. If you want to rule out pregnancy early than blood hcg estimation can be done.
