General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to pre-existing arthritis or autoimmune disorders. X-ray or MRI spine may be needed. Also sacroiliac joint inflammation needs to be ruled out.

A Rheumatologist review is recommended. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
