Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to weakness or persisting infection.

So go for repeat urine test and take multivitamin Tablet A to Z twice a day and Tab.Calcium once a day for a month.

Healthy dietary intake and proper water intake is also needed.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
