What Causes Lower Back Pain After A Cesarean Section?

I m 34 years old female. Have been having lower back ache since last few months post my c-Sec delivery last July. Doctor says back muscles are weak and has advised treatment along with physiotherapy for the same. Since last week I m feeling bloating in my abdomen and mild pain across the abdomen. Sometimes it is in the upper part and sometimes in the side flanks and sometimes in lower abdomen. Please advice

Hello,

The symptoms you mentioned in your question are suggestive of UTI but I suggest you go for a USG abdomen and pelvis with a routine and microscopic urine examination first for further management.
