What Causes Lower Back Pain After A Fall?

hi, i fell down some steel stairs 2 days ago. my lower back is in pain (i have been swimming today and struggled to do over arm and breaststroke kick). it feels like my back is bigger than it usually is but there is nothing on the skin surface. i struggle to lay down flat so have been sleeping almost sat up. really need some help.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having severe strain of lower back muscles giving rise spasm of muscles.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
If there is no improvement then you might require x-ray of lumbo-sacral spines with coccyx to rule out spine injury or fracture of coccyx bone.
Give rest to the part.
