Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns.
What is your age ? Any history of diabetes or hypertension?
As far as pain is concerned , it is not due to the lumber puncture. You really need to meet your physician so that you can be properly examined.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
You may need to get your Fbc ,xray kub along with ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.
Hope it helps
Regards
Dr saad Sultan
