What Causes Lower Back Pain After Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?
I have done ultrasonogram on june last week due to abnormal vaginal bleeding and found that a small subserous fibroid in uterus, high echo in endometrium and multiple nabothian cyst in cervix.Now i am taking Norethisterone Tablet and the bleeding stopped,but feeling pain on lower back and lower abdomen.Is there others major problem?

The presence of fibroid can cause lower back and abdominal pain, especially around menstrual and premenstrual time. Appropriate management of fibroid can relieve the symptoms. Please follow up with your ObGyn for the necessary management.
