Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have an old injury from the Vietnam war. I was hit by a mortor and I was sent flying into the air and landed on my left side. I felt that I hurt my left knee and left shoulder. There was no pain in my lower back at the time. After the age of 30 years old i started to feel the pain in the lower back region. I went to a doctor outside of the VA and he took X-rays that showed my lower back with spinal damage along with my left side of my pelvis titled up and to the right and up.
hi thanks for posting on hcm. there are many causes of lower back pain but from your statements i can see that the spinal damage and the pelvic tilt are causing the pain, in pelvic tilt there could be some extra pressure on the back bone when you do the activities as it is not in the normal position i would suggest you to consult an orthopedician and follow the instructions. hope this could be of some help. regards
