What Causes Lower Back Pain After Miscarriage?

i had a miscarriage about 4 months ago everything was fine and i didn t need a D&C. i started a pretty intense workout schedule about the beginning of July, then started having pretty bad lower back pains. Do you think it could have anything to do with the miscarriage?

Hi,

Pain and cramps are quite common after a miscarriage.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid (Meftal) for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
