And last month my menstruation is not normal. Every month it visit me 3 times only for two days. I feel also a back pain and vomiting. Is it a symptoms of not undergoing a raspa procedure? Or im not fitted to use pills? I hope you can answer me. Thank you. And God Bless!
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM In miscarriage, the RESPA procedure(Dilation and curettage) is indicated when miscarriage is incomplete. If complete, the procedure will not be needed. In most cases, when the product of conception remains, bleeding may not stop or infection will set in.When any of these happens, treatment will be needed.Since you had no particular symptoms after the miscarriage, your present condition may not be blamed to not undergoing a respa procedure. I feel you are suffering from an abnormal uterine bleeding to investigate.Possible causes may include: -Hormonal imbalances/ovarian dysfunction -Pelvic masses like fibroids, cyst, polyps.... -PID I will suggest you see the Gynecologist for evaluation. You will need a pelvic ultrasound and if need be, an STI work-up. Hope this will help Best regards
