What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Abdominal Bloating?
I am 51 Year old Male in relatively good physical shape.....regular gym excersize and normal weight ...non-smoker. More recently I have been experiencing some lower back pain and now bloating after or during eating and it seems I have gained some fat on the midsection which is slight but not typical of my general physical nomenclature. Should I be worried, or is there some other reason this might be happening.
sir, your age is 51 and after 45 our bone formation is less then bone turn over. we can think of numbers differential diagnosis for your condition including Age-associated or senile osteoporosis, endocrine dis function ,Deficiency states,Inflammatory diseases . etc. we should co- relate your condition with numbers of tests and treatment accordingly and ideally.in general,if you are doing gym on daily besis and lifting extra weight or doing wrong way of exercises - the most loaded and weakest part of bone should exposed first like lower back or knees as I mentioned about bone turnover increasees with age.sometimes lifting weight can give GI symptoms as well.
