What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Brown And Smelly Urine?
I have lower back pain that also runs through my lower abdomen like period cramps and urine is almost brown in color and omg the oder is so strong and bad how embarrassing it is to use public bathroom and be the cause of the amonia like smell are my kidneys dying on me?? Im almost scared to find out

Hi,
I understand your pain. Lower abdominal pain and foul smelling brown colored urine is most likely a cause for the following.
1. Urinary tract infection. 2. Kidney stones. 3. Pelvic inflammatory disease.
ADVICE:
1. Dink plenty of liquids ( water, juice, soup, etc)
2. Please get urine routine microscopic or culture to rule out UTI
3. Ultrasonography of full abdomen to rule out kidney stone or any other pathology. Meanwhile you can try T. CYCLOPAM 1 TWICE DAILY
For pain:
T. Norflox 400 mg twice daily for 5 days.
