What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Numbness In Thighs Post Spinal Surgery?
i had surgery for spinal stenosis with 2 buldging disc in my cervical 4,5,6 in 2014. i have had the feeling of s band around my waist ever since. i have lower back pain, i still feel numbness in my thighs. is it possible there is still some stenosis? i also have scoliosis, i have a herrington rod and spinal fusion in the thoracic spine.
For lower back pain you can take some pain killer like biozobid-plus or akilos-p only when the pain is worse enough or disturbing your daily routine along with some calcium supplements like shalcal-d or toscal-gem once daily. I will also advice you to sleep on plain surface. Do some physiotherapy exercises. Take multivitamin tablets for numbness in the thighs.
